Our spacious villa is situated in the peaceful community of Eagle Pointe in Kissimmee, and is well located to take advantage of all the Orlando area has to offer, with Disney World only 10 minutes drive away.
The private pool area overlooks a beautiful lake, and faces west to make the most of the Florida sun. It provides the ideal setting to watch the spectacular evening sunsets while relaxing after a busy day at the parks.
The villa is air-conditioned and fully equipped, including linens and towels.
The floors are tiled, with the exception of the bedrooms which are carpeted.
The garage houses the Games Room with table-tennis, table football and darts (soft-tipped).
The lounge area has 2 sofas, cable TV, home theatre system with DVD/CD player and stereo sound, Playstation 2 and ceiling fan. Sliding patio doors open onto the pool area covered lanai, table, chairs and sun-loungers.
There is a separate formal dining area with large table and 6 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer including ice-maker, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and telephone. There is a breakfast nook with table and 4 chairs, together with 2 bar stools. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, cable TV & VCR, telephone, alarm clock, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, separate walk-in shower and twin vanity basins.
There is also a queen-bedded room, 2 twin-bedded rooms and another bathroom with bath and shower over.
All local, long distance and international telephone calls are FREE, and a travel cot/crib, high chair and hair dryers are provided free of charge.
