Two Bedroom, second floor apartment situated in a peaceful residential area on the grounds of Campoamor Golf Complex. Villamartin and Las Ramblas Golf Courses are near by. Situated near Torrevieja on Spain's Costa Blanca, with communal swimming pools, car parking and sun lounging areas, suitable for families, couples and golfers

This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non-golfers alike with beaches, watersports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javier - both within 40 minutes drive. Two other Championship Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive from this property. Green fees average approximately €40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hour’s drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) was an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

This apartment is ideally situated for golfers, families and couples who want to get the best out of a holiday. It is newly built, new to the market, bright spacious and airy with ample space for 6 guests.

Accommodation consists of:

Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with two twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. Second bedroom is also furnished with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. Both wardrobes contain a chest of drawers for further storage.


Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin. Second bathroom has a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, 5-ring gas cooker with oven, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, utensils, crockery and cutlery. Washing machine is in the adjacent utility room, which also stores the balcony furniture.


In the main living area of the apartment you will find a spacious dining area with table and 6 chairs and the lounge area is furnished with a double bed settee and another 2 seater couch. Quality furniture is used throughout.

Large supermarket, bank and a bar within 3 minutes walk.

Communal Pool is adjacent to the apartment block.

Within a few minutes drive there are plenty of bars for that pre and after dinner drink with some offering nightly entertainment. The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square and is home to a family of parakeets. The Plaza contains a wonderful selection of cafes, bars, restaurants and a bowling alley, all only a 5-minute drive away.

Just 1 hour up the motorway is Benidorm with the attractions of Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water park), Mundomar and Benidorm Palace (cabaret / show palace). There is a bus service in the summer months to all these attractions, which stops at La Zenia.

Just 5 minutes drive away are Villamartin and Las Ramblas Golf Courses.
