Situated in a quiet residential area on the urbanisation of La Marina. The unspoilt town and beautiful beaches of La Marina are only a 5-minute drive from this villa. This is an area where there is plenty to do with beaches, watersports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are two cities within 30 minutes drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west and two major international airports close by – Alicante 20 minutes and Murcia's San Javia - 30 minutes drive. 4 championship Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive from this property. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.
The villa is finished and equipped to a very high standard. All floor surfaces are finished in quality ceramic tiles and all bathrooms and the kitchen are fully tiled and the property can sleep up to 4.
This villa is away from main roads and has the benefit of being a 2 minute walk from a Leisure Complex which has a large swimming pool and childrens swimming pool, two large sun terrace, Restaurant and snack bar and Bowling greens. With a 5 minute drive to La Marina or a 20 minute drive to the city of Elche on the Costa Blanca coast, you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.
The Accommodation consists of:
Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed and a built-in wardrobe and Air Conditioning. Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and built-in wardrobe and fan. Furnished to the highest quality.
Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and ceramic gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect for 4 persons.
In the main area of the villa you will find a lounge area with Air Conditioning, table and chairs and three seater settee and two seater settee, TV with UK channels, Video. There is also a safe fitted for extra security. Quality furniture is used throughout.
The Front garden comes complete with Table and Chairs and barbeque and a second sun terrace at the rear of the property with sun lounges.
Close by and well within 5 minute walk there are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. Two Large Supermarket approx 3 minutes away. A popular local market is held on Thursday - again within 3 minute drive of the Villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.
Just 1 hour up the motor way is Benidorm with the attractions of Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water park), Mundomar and Benidorm Palace (cabaret / show palace). There is a bus service in the summer months to all these attractions, which stops at La Zenia.
Five minute drive you have the choice of lovely sandy beaches of La Marina on the Costa Blanca.
Just 30 minutes drive are Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf Courses
