Luxury 4 Bed 2.5 Bathroom 3 Reception room Villa located on US27 2 miles north of the I4, only 15 Minutes to Disney with easy access to the I4 for those trips to the beautiful Gulf coast.
The Villa has 2 sitting areas, a family room with large screen TV with DVD, VCR and Playstation, and a second sitting area to sit and enjoy a quiet drink at the end of a long day out. A fully equipped kitchen with an ice dispenser a seperate utility room with washer and dryer machines. A seperate dining area for upto eight people. Upstairs has 2 Queen size bedrooms one with large en suite with seperate shower and bath with his and hers basins and attached nursury room. Both master bedrooms have TV's, and clock radio's. The main bathroom has a bath/shower with his and hers basins. 2 Large twin Bedrooms with built in wardrobes. The family room and all 4 of the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. A games room area as a pool table, air hockey table and exercise machine.
Outside within a large netted enclosure there is a newly built 28ft bespoke deisgned swimming pool with jet bubble spa, waterfall and feature fibre optic lighting system, which backs on to open land and not overlooked. A covered patio area with sun loungers, tables and chairs.
We are affiliated to a local small family run management company who would be on hand if required to ensure you get the best out of your stay.
