This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, watersports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 3 championship Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive from this property. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.
This Villa is ideally situated for golfers that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 5 minutes from 3 Championship Golf Courses, 30 minutes from Murcia airport or 40 minutes from Alicante. The villa is in a quiet location and away from main roads. 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.
Accommodation consists of: Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed and a built-in wardrobe, it also has its own sun terrace. Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and built-in wardrobe. Furnished to the highest quality.
Two bathrooms Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin. Second bathroom WC and wash hand basin.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.
In the main area of the villa you will find spacious dining area with table and 4 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with and a settee,TV, CD and DVD player. There is also a alarm fitted for extra security. Quality furniture is used throughout.
2 Communal Pools are just behind the villa
Close by and well within 10 minute walk there are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.The villa is ideally located for Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas Golf courses and Villamartin plaza with its abundance of restaurants (Chinese, Indian, Italian and English Pubs etc), bars, banks, bowling alley and shops. Supermarket approx 5 minutes away. A popular local market is held on Saturdays - again within 10 minute drive of the Villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.
The location of this villa is perfect for a great golfing or family holiday. At the rear of the Villa are Two communal swimming pools and five minute drive you have the choice of four golf courses or 10 minutes to the lovely sandy beaches of La Zenia & Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity and water there is a 40 euro linen charge, except beach towels.
