SUMMARY
Our wonderful villa has 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Comfortably sleeping 8-10, cable tv is provided together with DVD player.
Being just 8 miles south of Disney World Main Gate, the villa provides a luxurious and relaxing base from which to visit the many Orlando attractions and golf courses.
If you are after sun and sand, the villa is centrally located for East and West coast beaches such as fantastic Daytona beach, beautiful Clearwater and Cocoa beaches, Tampa Bay and St Petersburg, to name but a few!

Master Bedroom and En-Suite Bathroom
Fantastic master suite, Emperor bed, dressing table, cabinet and drawer storage, clock/radio, cable TV, ceiling fan, access onto pool deck. En-suite bathroom, walk-in dressing room, corner bath, walk-in shower, vanity area, separate wc, fresh towels, additional bed linen, blankets and pillows supplied.
Double Bedroom
Queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, cabinet and drawer storage, colour TV, clock radio.
Twin Bedrooms One and Two
Twin beds, walk-in wardrobes and additional cabinet/drawer storage. Radio/cassette players in each room.
Family Bathroom
Bath, shower, wc, and vanity area. Personal door allowing access onto pool deck. Fresh towels and linen.
Living Area
Large open-plan living area, colour cable tv, DVD player, selection of DVDs and family games, ceiling fan, access onto pool deck.
Kitchen
Fully fitted with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, cooker and microwave. Stocked with cutlery, crockery, glasses, oven-wear, pots and pans. The adjoining double garage has a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner supplied.

Large dining table (seating 6-8), telephone, access onto pool deck.

Wonderful 30x15 private screened swimming pool (which can be illuminated for night-time swimming), feature waterfall, fully furnished pool deck.
