Town Center is located off Highway 545, just 8 minutes from Walt Disney World and nearby shops and restaurants. Enter this gated community via secure, electric gates using a special code and you will find a peaceful, natural conservation area, perfect for your relaxing holiday.
Our brand new executive 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, which sleeps 8 people, is situated in a prime location overlooking a lake. It is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling fans for your comfort. Spacious and furnished to a high standard, it is complete with two TV's (1 cable), a video and telephone (local calls free).
The three bedrooms (2 en-suite) sleep 6 people with the Queen size sofa in the Great Room folding down to sleep a further 2. All bedding and towels are provided and there is ample wardrobe space. A washing machine and drier can be found in the garage and ironing facilities are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, waste disposal unit and dishwasher, as well as all crockery and utensils etc. The villa will be cleaned for you both before and after your holiday by a local maid service which can also be hired locally for further cleaning should you so wish.
There are patio doors leading from the Great Room onto the pool deck where you have your own private 28'x14' heated pool with patio furniture supplied. The deck area has special safety nets that will be erected for you in front of the pool should you be bringing young children. For your convenience, you can access the en-suite bathroom belonging to bedroom 1 from the deck area.
Our Management Company are located nearby and are available to help with any problems you may have.
With the Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the east coast less than an hours drive away, and the warm seas of the Gulf of Mexico on the west coast about the same, plus all the attractions of the Orlando area, you are sure to have a great holiday in sun-soaked Florida.
