Ideally located just south of Alicante and close to the international airport, Gran Alacant is convenient for Benidorm, Terra Mitica and the North Costa Blanca - making it a very popular resort town. The town itself has benefited from massive investment, creating high quality residential and business communities. This Villa is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 10 minutes from Alicante airport. The villa is in a quiet location and away from main roads. Less than 5 minutes drive to the blue flag beaches of the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.
Accommodation consists of:
Three bedrooms, one a double with En-suite and Two twins. Furnished to the highest quality.
Three bathrooms, two bathrooms with showers, baths, WC's and wash hand basins. 3rd bathroom shower, WC and wash hand basin.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.
In the main area of the villa you will find a dining area with table and 6 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with two settee's and TV.
25m sq. roof terrace on second floor which is accessed by internal staircase and has stunning views all the way around of the sea, plaines and mountain
Close by and well within Five minutes walk, you will find a commercial centre where you can find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.
The location of this Villa is perfect for a great family holiday. At the rear of the Villa is the communal swimming pool and children's paddling pool with a big green park area to sit and watch the world go by and within a five minute drive you have the choice of some of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca.
