This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, watersports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 4 championship Golf Courses within 10 minutes drive from most properties. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.
This Villa is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 30 minutes from Murcia airport or 40 minutes from Alicante The villa is in a quiet location and away from main roads. 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.
Accommodation consists of:
Three bedrooms, one a double and Two twins. furnished to the highest quality
Two bathrooms one bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin. 2nd bathroom shower, WC and wash hand basin
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.
In the main area of the villa you will find a dining area with table and 6 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with settee, CD player, TV including UK channels. Master bedroom has it's own roof terrace.
Own private 8x4 metre swimming pool. 25m sq. roof terrace on second floor which is accessed by internal staircase and has stunning views.
Close by and well within Five minutes walk, you will find a Large Supermarket. And Five minutes drive you will find a commercial centre where you can find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local market is held on Saturdays - again within 10 minutes stroll of the Villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family. Spend the morning strolling past the stalls, stop for the odd refreshment or two and then buy a couple of roasted chickens from the roasting stall and venture back home for lunch.
The location of this villa is perfect for a great family holiday. At the rear of the Villa are Two communal swimming pools and children's paddling pools and within a ten minute drive you have the choice of four golf courses or the lovely sandy beaches of La Zenia & Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca.
