Enjoy a stay at our spacious elevated luxury 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom single story villa.
Located on Highlands Reserve Golf Course, the villa is safely tucked away from the fairways in an elevated position just a 100 yard walk from the clubhouse. The villa faces southeast so that the pool deck enjoys the sun from late morning into the evening.
The community is on Hwy 27 just 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
The villa features a large family room with cable TV and VCR leading on to the pool deck. The dining room has a dining table with six chairs. The second living area is furnished with two settees. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with oven hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Additionally there is a breakfast nook with table and four chairs. The laundry room has a washing machine and
drier.
There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is complete with en-suite. The two twin bedded rooms share a family bathroom. The fourth double bedroom has adjoining bathroom with shower. All bedroom have double wardrobes. All bed linen and towels are provided.
The fully screened pool deck contains a pool 24ft x 12ft and Jacuzzi.
Arrangements can be made for the pool to be heated at an additional cost.
