Situated at Hampton Lakes just off the 192
Has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, family room, double integral garage which has been professional converted to games room. An Extended private deck area incorporating the swimming pool. The pool is 26’ x 13’ pool giving plenty of room for the tables, chairs and sun loungers provided. Also we have a hot spa which is particularly useful after a busy day at Disney or out and about. The furnishings throughout the house are to a very high standard enabling your stay to be luxurious with home from home comforts.
Family Room
This room has beautiful furniture, 32 inch cable TV, DVD and patio doors giving access to the deck and pool.
Kitchen Area
This area comes complete with fully fitted modern units, cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven and many other modern conveniences.
Including a Bread maker
Dining Area
Large dining table seating 8.
Or Use the pool deck has a further table and chairs such that you can have a continental breakfast or dine Al Fresco pool area.
Master Bedroom
Queen size bed, cable TV, en-suite bathroom
Bath and walkin shower. Double washbasins and separate toilet. Large walk in closet.
This also has an access door to the deck and pool area.
Bedroom 2
Queen Sized beds and built in closet.And Cable Tv Private bathroom across the hallway .

2 Single Beds, built in closet
Bedroom 4
Theme Room Bunk beds double and single mattress on top.
Note: (Further sleeping accommodation can be provided by a sofa bed located in the lounge)
Which we would prefer guests to use the futon in the games room.
Telephone
There is a telephone located in the kitchen. All local calls are free and it is advisable to buy a phone card to make long distant calls.
Within the Master bedroom there is an answer phone to catch tthe calls you missed.
Phone number will be sent to guests such that there relatives can get in touch in an emergency prior to leaving.
Swimming Pool/deck area – (overlooking lake and nature reserve)
The swimming pool is 26’ x 13’ and is regularly maintained. Although in Florida the pool can be used all year round, heating is available at an extra cost during the winter months if required. There is underwater seating and lighting with shaped steps from the large deck area with numerous tables, chairs and sun loungers. The v is just so tranquil and relaxing watching the family antics whilst having a swim or a drink by the pool.
The garage is now the games room with a 7ft pool table Football table, safe darts two height one for the lads /adults and toddlers.
Further Cable Tv and futon such that the children can amuse themselves.
Mum & Dad can sit in the warm soothing, bubbling Jacuzzi having an ice cold drink knowing that every one is safely enjoying themselves.
If you are less adventurous there is a large number of board games and books.
Or visit the lake and enjoy the wildlife 2min.
Hampton has tennis courts, volley ball and another communial pool and for the toddlers two very safe play areas.
