This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa sleeps 10 and is the ideal setting for your Florida holiday. It is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard.
Set on a corner plot of this peaceful community the villa also has a private heated pool with built-in jacuzzi spa. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and ensuite with roman tub bath and large shower. Cable TV and VCR are provided in the lounge and master bedroom.
All you need for a great holiday is close by with the magic of Walt Disney World only minutes away. An executive 9-hole golf course runs through the community and nearby are a great selection of shops and restaurants.
Relax after a day in the theme parks with a refreshing dip in your own private pool or lie back and let the bubbling jacuzzi revive your tired feet. In the evening there is the amazing colour changing light system for the pool & spa - choose your favourite colour or let it change automatically as you swim.

Description
Our lovely 4 bedroom villa is fully air-conditioned and features a private heated pool & jacuzzi/spa surrounded by an extended pool deck. The pool area is fully screened and furnished with loungers and chairs for your comfort.
Inside, our master bedroom features a king-sized bed Cable TV and VCR ensuite with roman tub bath, large walk-in shower, his/hers washbasins and hairdryer.
We also have a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom with both bath and shower. All have Cable TV. The Disney Themed Twin bedroom features Mickey Mouse& Friends with lots of Disney features includes spectacular Mouse Ears wrought iron beds. This room also has Cable TV, VCR & Playstation 2 with DVD and a selection of games.
In the lounge we have Cable TV and VCR and for your convenience a telephone with free local calls (including Disney numbers).
There is a lovely dining area overlooking the pool and breakfast table & chairs in the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with ice-maker, washer, dryer, iron & board.
It has a large pantry and plenty of storage space.
Everything is included - all cooking/eating utensils and all linens and towels.
The back door leads to the double garage which is very handy when unloading.
Outside we have a nice corner plot which is on the edge of the community so very private.
For your safety the villa features a monitored alarm system and smoke detectors. It also has alarms on the doors to the pool to protect small children.

The villa is in the community of Esprit - which is 12 minutes west of Disney. In a few minutes you can be on the I4 aswell which takes you up to Universal Studios and SeaWorld.
Esprit community has a large communal pool and cabana, tennis and basketball courts aswell as its own par 54 executive golf course.

There is a fishing boardwalk and boat ramp to Lake Davenport - a beautiful conservation area. Fishing licenses are available locally.
A bank, gas station, mini mart, Subway and small shopping plaza are available by the entrance. Larger stores - Publix and Winn Dixie both within two minutes. For those wishing to keep in touch by email the nearby Public library offers guests up to 30 minutes free internet access per day.
