Luxury villa on Prestigious Development on Hwy 27 just off the 192. Only 15 mins to Disney & 30 mins from Orlando Airport.
5 Bedrooms 2 of which are en-suite all Bedrooms have T.V.s & both en-suites lead out to the pool area.Large Family room with Cable T.V, DVD/VCR & C.D system this room leads out to the pool & patio.A second Living room that overlooks the pool area both these rooms have Queen size sleeper sofas enableing the villa to sleep 14 if required.There is a Dining Area & a Breakfast Bar & a Fully equipped Kitchen & Laundry room.
We have a 28x16ft pool that can be heated if required with steps leading down into it making easy access for children & the elderly there is a large patio table & chairs for that al-fresco dining & a Gas Barbque.
We have a Games room with Pool Table, Football Table, Darts Board & a selection of Games & Toys.
All Linen & Towels are provided plus a safe, Telephone, Cot, Highchair & Stroller & Hairdryers.
Orange Tree has its own Tennis Courts, Football Pitch & Basketball Court with are 5 mins from the nearest Golf Course & 2 mins from the local shops.
