The Villa is located in a beautiful and relaxing area of Gandia and is a 200yds walk to one of Gandia's quieter, natural sand dune beaches and only a 4 minute drive to the main shopping centre, award winning Gandia beach and prestigous marina.
The Villa is a light and sunny villa full of traditional Spanish charm with spectacular mountain views. There are 3 terraces, barbecue and fruit trees within the beautiful floral, sunny gardens of the villa. The Villa has 4 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms arranged on 2 separate floors - each floor has its own lounge, dining area, 2 double bedrooms a single bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace which makes the Villa ideal for either 2 separate families or one large group.

Gandia and the surrounding area information
Gandia has a very big market every Saturday morning, Oliva has one every Friday morning and there is a small market at Bellreguard every Tuesday morning.
There is a very reasonable restaurant in Bellreguard called Marios offering excellent food.
There are also some lovely restaurants offering an excellent menu of the day at Oliva (Poi beach at Oliva) The menu of the day is approx. 7euros and offers 3 courses & wine/water.
If you fancy a trip up into the mountains to a restaurant with fantastic views and great food try Restaurant La Vistita. Head up the mountains to the pretty mountain town of Barx go through Barx and the restaurant is located approx. half a mile from the town of Barx.If it’s a nice sunny day the views are wonderful.
Gandia beach has a fantastic promenade and miles of golden sand. It also has some fine shops and lovely architecture in the main center of Gandia.
There is a huge theme park on the outskirts of Benidorm (approx. 30 min drive) called Terramitica, which has many rides and a huge water park. It is run by Paramount Studios along the same lines as a Disney complex and is well worth a visit.
