Beautifully restored townhouse of character and colour in the upper part of the old town.
Its narrow face hides 4 floors, you come in from the street to the high ceilinged, stone flagged kitchen /dinning room, then through to the fern filled patio, which in turn leads to an ancient smuggler's cave. The house is 200 years old and built on Moorish foundations.
Up to the first floor, where you access the pale green and red beamed first floor bedroom (2 twin beds, latex mattresses) via a sitting room, alongside a bathroom decorated with blue and white Andalucian Moorish tiles.
On the next floor you come to a comfortable double bedroom in cool blues and white, with it's own en suite bathroom and private terrace.
The final floor is reached via a spiral staircase which brings you into a small single bedroom leading to a roof top terrace, with splendid views of the magnificent Castle of Santa Barbara, the mountain park of the Monte Benecantil, and the old rooftops of the casco antiguo. On the terrace you have a table and chairs so you can sit and enjoy the view with a cool drink.
