RENTAL POLICIES:
Check-in time 4pm, check-out time 10am. Early arrival or late departure times may be available as a subject of availability.
Security deposit can be made by giving a credit card number at the day of arrival.
Security deposit made be check has to be given 30 days prior to arrival together with balance payment and will be returned to renter in two weeks after departure.
CANCELATION POLICY:
Verbal notice of cancelation is accepted with a written confirmation provided within 10 days of verbal notice:
- 31 days or more prior to arrival - full refund, less $75 processing fee,
- 30-8 days prior to arrival - refund, less 3 nights rent,
- 7 days or less prior to arrival - full forfeiture of all monies.
