The modern spacious lounge, is fully furnished to a high standard and carpeted throughout, with ceiling fan, cable TV/VCR & HI-FI, and the X Box game console.
The family dining area is situated just off the main lounge, For your convenience there is a telephone in the property which is available for incoming and local calls at no extra charge. The kitchen with a breakfast area is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, large cooker and dishwasher, with the washing machine and dryer situated in the double garage.
Spacious master bedroom with a cable TV, king size bed, and a walk in closet. There is also an en suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. and a connecting door that leads to the pool area. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have two twin (single) beds and share the adjoining bathroom and toilet facilities. Bedroom 4 has a double bed, and also shares the adjoining bathroom, all bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room this will allow up to ten people to sleep in the villa.
Leading from the living area through patio doors you will find a covered patio area to sit under away from the sun. There are also comfortable sun lounger's and patio furniture where you can relax and cool off by you own (south facing) 30x15 fully screened swimming pool and fenced off both sides for your own privacy, so you still have the view that overlooks a small lake area. There is also tennis courts and a fully equipped children's play area at the rear of the villa, and for a small charge we can arrange the swimming pool to be heated, but you will find during the summer months that this is not necessary
