Our luxury 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa is decorated and furnished to the highest quality and will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, making it idea for larger groups.
If you are travelling with younger children also provided free of charge and for your convenience is a cot, cot bedding, highchair, light weight stroller, and a gracos one, a selection of toys, books and videos. Our large 60 inch cable TV and PS2 will also keep youngsters happy.
Living area.
The living/dining room is quite expansive and the vaulted ceilings with the skylights makes the rooms feel light and airy.
There is plenty of seating and a new huge 60 inch TV with remote control and surround sound, DVD player, VCR along with a play station 2 with games. We also have many board games for all the family.
The elegant dinning room provides formal seating for 6.
Kitchen/nook.
The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience that you could possibly require. Within the kitchen is a nook with seating for 4 and a further Breakfast bar with 4 stools.
The kitchen includes a oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge/freezer with ice maker, blender, toaster, popcorn maker, juicer, crockpot, electric can opener etc etc and all the little accessories that you could need can be found here even a teapot and egg cups a rare treasure in the states I can assure you.
Across from the kitchen is the utility room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Our kitchen is both fully equipped and user friendly.
This sumptuous master bedroom has a king-sized bed and it’s own ensuite spacious bathroom, leading out to the magnificent fully screened pool. Within the en-suite is a large bath, shower, WC his and hers vanity units hairdryer and a wonderful walk in wardrobe. Inside the bedroom is a 27 inch TV with remote control and DVD player. There is also a phone with answer machine.
The second master suite also has a king sized bed and own well appointed en-suite bathroom, leading out to the pool and large fitted wardrobes, this room also boasts it’s own remote control TV and VCR, this suite to has a phone.
Bedroom 3 and 4 share a fishy themed bathroom. Both of these bedrooms are themed for children one is themed around Mickey Mouse and the other Winnie the Pooh, both include TV’s and VCR’s a selection of books and videos, there is also an array of toys to keep the little cherubs amused.
Bedroom 5 has a queen sized bed this is also equipped with a TV and VCR. There is a further bathroom adjsent.
POOL & LUNAI
Through the sliding glass doors from the living room you exit to our wonderful lunai and large pool & spa area.
The lunai area is idea for alfresco dinning, a great place to watch the sun go down and chill on your vacation.
Our fully screened heatable pool measuring 30ft by 15 ft with jets, underwater coloured lighting which is a great hit with the children, kiddies paddle end and under water seating.
Our pool is south west facing so enjoys the sun for most of the day, we have luxury poolside furniture and loungers, and an array of pool toys for all the family. Central to the pool is the spa, this is the perfect place to dispel the aches and pains of a days enjoyment of Disney.
There is also a double garage where 3 bikes and dart board and darts are located.
