Well equipped one bedroom bungalow - with own garden and private patio area - providing communal pool views on the quiet, spacious Jardin del Sol complex within easy walking distance of the Playa Blanca town centre and harbour as well as local beaches, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants.
THE BUNGALOW - with its pool view from the patio - sleeps up to 4 people in accommodation consisting of one bedroom, a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom with shower.
Its facilities include:
a bedroom, with twin beds, a wardrobe, and a dressing table.
a living room, with a double pull-out sofa bed and a single convertible pouffe bed to sleep up to 3 people, a coffee table, a cabinet, a cupboard and shelving.
a kitchen, with an electric two-ring hob, microwave, grill, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and ample cutlery, crockery and glassware.
a bathroom, with walk-in shower.
a dining area, with a table and seating.
a private patio, with two sunbeds, four chairs and a table, as well as a barbecue and a clothes airer.
a garden, with shrubs and plants.
There is a TV offering a wide range of channels under a satellite family package as well as a radio with a CD and cassette player.
A small, returnable deposit secures the key for a safety deposit box.
Cot hire is available on request.
A weekly maid service consists of a full clean with linen and towel change.
Ample car parking is available in a cul-de-sac next to the bungalow.
No supplements for electricity, water, etc.
Minimum deposit of 25% and balance to be paid approximately 6 weeks before arrival date.
The normal changeover day is Thursday, although there is flexibility on arrival and departure dates.
JARDIN DEL SOL is set within picturesque gardens, where a large pool and separate children's bathing area provides the focal point of the complex.
The beaches of Playa Flamingo, Playa Blanca and Playa Dorada are only a stroll away.
There is a supermarket near the entrance to the complex.
PLAYA BLANCA is a former fishing village on the southwest tip of Lanzarote that has retained many of its traditional features and much of its original charm and is ideal for couples and families.
It enjoys stunning views across the Straits of Bocaina to Fuerteventura and the smaller neighbouring island of Los Lobos.
Its informal, relaxed atmosphere focuses on a small harbour - offering a 35-minute ferry service to Fuerteventura at regular hourly intervals - which stands at the mid point of a wide seafront walk stretching eastwards from Punta de Pechiguera to Las Coloradas Beach at Punta del Papagayo.
There is a commercial centre near the harbour as well as supermarkets and gift shops overlooking the sea or just inland in a partly traffic-free upper street.
There are three local sandy beaches with waters ideal for bathing - Playa Flamingo backed by tropical gardens, the small Playa Blanca, and the expansive Playa Dorada offering a variety of water sports.
The Playa Blanca nightlife centres on a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars providing entertainment on the sea-facing promenade.
Marina Rubicσn is an up-market oceanside development, which forms a leisurecraft harbour with 400 berths, designer outlets, restaurants, cafes and bars between the southern resort of Playa Blanca and the Papagayo beaches.
A collection of sandy coves form the Papagayo beaches, which are considered to be among the best in the Canary Islands, providing peace and quiet less then five kilometres away over unmade roads, and are popular with naturists, snorkellers and surfers.
