It is newly built, new to the market, bright spacious and airy with ample space for 4 guests. with communal swimming pool, car parking and sun lounging areas, This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, watersports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 4 championship Golf Courses within 10 minutes drive from most properties. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hour’s drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world. Only 30 minutes from Murcia airport or 40 minutes from Alicante The Apartment is in a quiet location and away from main roads and has the benefit of being a corner plot with car parking space and a large sun terrace. 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it. Accommodation consists of: Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a built– in wardrobe with a small chest of drawers. Furnished to the highest quality. Bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin. The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and ceramic hob. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect. In the main area of the villa you will find spacious dining area with table and 4 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with a settee and arm chair, TV with UK channels, CD/ Cassette player. Quality furniture is used throughout. Sun Terrace with Table and chairs and the Communal Pool is approx. 30 yards from the apartment there is also and children’s play ground on site. The apartment is only ten minutes stroll from the beach and five minutes from a Large Supermarket varied selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The town of Torrevieja itself is just 10 minutes drive away and has a number of Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, Casino, Shops etc. Plus lovely promenades, several beaches, street markets and a marina. 10 minute drive you have the choice of Three further golf courses or the lovely sandy beaches of La Zenia & Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca. Also just 10 minutes drive are Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor La Finca Golf Courses (Algorfa) . Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property. Located in Benidorm, which is 50-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the little ones. Come and have some fun at Terra Mitica or visit the water park at Aqualandia.
