| Villa Details : | This beautiful brand new, 2 bedroom, bungalow style villa has been built by our family in the lovely village of Dalyan, which is located on the South West coast of Turkey. We specially chose the location, to combine the best of both worlds. Stunningly set amid fragrant lemon groves with spectacular views of the nearby wooded mountains, it offers complete privacy in a peaceful, tranquil setting, yet just at the end of the lane, the local Dolmus (bus) will take you, within 5 minutes, into the heart of the beautiful riverside village of Dalyan. The villa has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, both air-conditioned, but if necessary, can accommodate up to 6, using the extra sofabed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge/dining room and outside there is a superb 6 x 4 metre swimming pool, surrounded by a delightful sun terrace. The cost for renting our lovely villa starts from £350 per week and includes.... • All airport transfers, from and to Dalaman Airport. (30 min transfer time) • Welcome pack for the travelling party on arrival. • Private garden and swimming pool. • Air-Conditioning to both bedrooms. • Fully equipped kitchen with cooker hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all the necessary equipment needed, if you choose to spend an evening in. • Bed linen and housekeeper supplied. (The villa is cleaned once a week) • Local English speaking representative. The villa is built on one level and is suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. |
