| Villa Details : | Praia da Luz is a lovely seaside town at the quiet west end of the Algarve. The new Apartamento Azul is ideally located at the heart of the town in an exclusive development of eight apartments with their own pool, roof terrace and garage. It is 5 minutes walk to the beach and less to many restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is very spacious and has a double bedroom with dressing area and en-suite bathroom plus its own balcony. The second bedroom is a very large twin room with ample space for an additional two single beds (folding beds supplied) and makes a great children's room for a larger family. There is a second bathroom. Both bedrooms and the lounge/diner have air-con/heating. The lounge/diner is huge and has balcony/terraces to both the front and rear aspects. The front terrace and another front terrace off the double bedroom have views to the sea and cliffs. The rear terrace with BBQ and table overlooks the pool. The lounge has 3 sofas, one a sofa bed as well as sat TV, DVD, stereo and large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave and washing machine. The roof terrace is a real feature of these apartments and it has magnificent views in all directions. It is also an ideal sun trap with all day sun. The pool is kidney shaped and has lighting on the pool terrace and under-water for evening use. There is a locked 2 car private garage for the sole use of guests in Apartamento Azul. |
