| Villa Details : | Nestling between Port Richey and Spring Hill is the picturesque town of Hudson which is on the Gulf Coast of Florida. It is an area of village like communities and there is less hustle and bustle than there is around Orlando and Kissimmee and the pace of life is generally more relaxed. However Hudson is centrally situated, two hours from Orlando, three quarters of an hour from Tampa and twenty minutes from Clearwater. The villa is situated in Fairway Oaks prestigious community. There are four spacious double bedrooms, three bathrooms and solar as well as electric pool heating. Hudson is famous for its golfing facilities and the villa backs on to the golf course with the Links golf club three minutes away. There is air conditioning, central heating as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms and pool area. The Kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer and microwave oven. The laundry room is separate and has washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing- board plus separate wash basin. There is an in-house entertainment system, cable TV and VCR and an additional TV in the master bedroom. All bed linen and towels are provided with the exception of beach towels. The spacious lounge area is exquisitely decorated and furnished with two three seater settees, two large coffee tables with decorative lamps. The formal dining area with table and seating for eight complete with overhead chandelier. The swimming pool is screened and flood lit with adjacent controls for the in-house entertainment system. There are four poolside loungers, chairs and table for dining and relaxing and the barbecue is at the rear of the villa. Electric pool heating is recommended for the cooler months but the complementary solar heating is sufficient to swim in comfort during the summer. |
