It is 23 km from Heraklion, 3km from the sea and 2 km from the nearest village. It has a private 6m x 10m swimming pool, a small children’s pool and outdoor stone built sitting areas, with stone-built BBQ and stone built outdoor oven. There is also a fully operational licensed distillery. The 3 level villa can be rented also as 2 completely independent apartments. The villa sleeps 10 (5 double bedrooms) It has 3 en-suite double bedrooms with television, private fridge and air-conditioning, and 2 double bedrooms with television and private fridge. It also has 2 kitchens, both fully fitted with fridge freezer, hob, electric oven, coffee machine. The smaller kitchen has a fireplace, the larger kitchen a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dining area. |
