Villa Details :	Set in the idyllic village of Deniz koy -Akbuk and near to the world famous resorts of Altinkum and Bodrum. Villa Yasemin is the ideal holiday home from home. The villa itself sleeps 8 persons comfortably in its 4 double bedrooms and boasts a host of luxury features to ensure your stay is both a pleasant one and indeed a comfortable one. Whether your ideal holiday is relaxation with a capital "R" or clubbing till the early hours in nearby Bodrum, Villa Yasemin is the perfect place for you and your friends or family. Relax and enjoy a peaceful breakfast by the private pool as you ponder your itinerary for the forthcoming day and take in the breathtaking scenery of the world renowned Bodrum peninsula and its inviting azure blue sea. The breathtaking rugged mountain views and the air perfumed with a hint of mandarin from the fruit groves indigenent to the peninsula combine for a never to be forgotten experience. Villa Yasemin is located within easy walking distance of the sandy beaches with mature gardens and crystal clear waters. Should you wish to enjoy the golden sands of Altinkum then this is a ten minute drive away by car (We can arrange Car Hire). We also have an agreement with a local 5 star hotel for our guests to have use of their facilities and restaurants and bars. Chauffeurs can be arranged free of charge if you wish to enjoy the local restaurants and bars without the need to watch your alcoholic intake (well you are on holiday aren't you?) Nobody likes to think the worst can happen whilst you are on holiday but here at the Villa Yasemin we believe in being prepared. The Villa has fitted smoke alarms for your personal safety and security. A CO2 fire extinguisher is provided in the kitchen along with a fire blanket. A well stocked first aid cabinet is also provided and the services of a local Doctor and a health center are just minutes away. The Pool area can be safely made off limits to children when adult supervision is not possible so you can have complete peace of mind to enjoy you well earned vacation.Wheelchair access with 2 downstairs bedrooms and bath room and portable access ramps Villa Yasemin is ideally suited to physically challenged persons Special occasion? we can provide cakes and champagne for birthdays and anniversaries Welcome pack basic provision such as milk, tea, bread, eggs, coffee, butter, sugar and bottle of bubbly are provided with our compliments to get you off to a good start. No need to worry if you arrive late at night! Doctors and a private medical center are located 10 mins drive from the Villa . A chemist is also located near to the villa most antibiotics are available over the counter and many of the chemists are English speaking. A first aid kit is provided in the villa for non urgent applications.Although the cost of medical treatment is considerably lower than in the U.K. it is advisable to have adequate medical insurance.Doctors and hospitals will provide reports for insurance purposes but you must ask at the time of payment Our guests can enjoy a discounted Gulet boat trip with one of the many experienced Black island captains. Enjoy your lunch and afternoon tea in one of the many secluded coves of the Bodrum peninsula. Try your hand at snorkeling and if you feel up to a more adventurous dive then our guests enjoy generous discounts at an approved diving school. Discounts also apply for water sports and scooter hire in Altinkum. Nearby Bodrum and Kusadasi also boast many aqua parks a great day out for young and old alike. Taking your baby on holiday needn't be a chore with the Villa Yasemin baby pack. We will supply a baby cot, push chair, car seat, baby bottles,sterilising unit,baby/toddler car sunshade, beach toys and children's video selection will be available for the all inclusive price of £30.00 per week or £40.00 for two weeks The nearest beach is within easy walking distance from the villa and Altinkum is 10 mins drive by car. Bodrum -Milas international airport is approx. 45 mins-1 hours drive from the villa.There are local markets and shops as well as hyper markets where you will find they accept most major credit cards.Most shops are happy to take foreign currency but please be advised Scottish notes and those issued by Northern Irelands banks are not accepted.
