Villa Details :	Our furnished private Holiday House is situated at McCarthy Hill, West of Accra with a beautiful sea and hill view. It has a living space of 200qm including 5 bedrooms, a big Kitchen with washing machine, a dining area for 8, 3 wc’s, 2 bathrooms, a washing-corner, a storeroom , 2 sitting-rooms, 2 terraces (to north and south repectively) and a roughly 5.000qm garden with very beautiful tropical plants like mango trees, coconut trees, orange and citrus trees, pawpaws, bourgainvilla, oleanders, etc., towels, bedding, tv, toaster, a standby electrical generator, a BBQ, 2 coffee machines, stereo system with cd-player, video and DVD-players, vacuum cleaner, cleaning napkins and garden-furniture / 2 stretchers with cushions are also available in the house. A mobile phone could also be made available if needed. Water-heaters are available in the bathrooms. All the sleeping rooms are equipped with ventilators. The house can accommodate 6 to 7 people comfortably. Airconditions are not necessary as there are always comfortable seabreezes reaching the house. A new Super Market near the next taxi-rank can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The second Super Market and an African Market can also be reached in 10 minutes with a taxi. An Internet Cafe is reached in 10 minutes by taxi. Our house ist ideal for self-catering. However, meals can be taken at the nearby Hillview Hotel which can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Swimming pool is available there too. The road to the house is tarred but for 300m before it, is a bit rough. The nearby beautiful “Bojo Beach” can be reached in 15 minutes with a car / taxi. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach-towels. Change and washing of bedding on saturdays at 11:30 a.m. every 14 days. Cleaning done every weekend - saturdays at 11:30 a.m. It is recommended that guests hire a car for a more comfortable mobility in the country. AVIS and Europcar are represented in Accra/GHANA. But as mentioned above, it takes about 5 minutes from the house to reach the next taxi rank on foot. Two employees living on the compound care for the beauty of the garden and for the security of our guests. The whole house is rented for GBP 260.00 per week from 01.January to 31.December. We offer free transportation of Guests from and back to the airport. Weekly cleaning is on saturdays from 11:30 a.m. For a longer stay more than a week, an advance payment of GBP 260.00 will be made upon booking. The rest of payment should be made 4 weeks before departure to destination. A long term hiring beyond three months is possible upon negotiation.
